David Der-wei Wang is the Edward C. Henderson Professor of Chinese Literature in the Department of East Asian Languages and Civilizations at Harvard. He holds a joint appointment in Comparative Literature. Wang’s recent publications include Taiwan under Japanese Colonial Rule (co-ed. with Ping-hui Liao, 2007), Globalizing Chinese Literature (co-ed. with Jin Tsu, 2010), and The Lyrical in Epic Time: Modern Chinese Intellectuals and Artists through the 1949 Crisis (2014). He is Editor of Harvard New Literary History of Modern China (2015).

Lee Wai Yi is a Hong Kong-based community arts worker, explorer of participatory approaches in image creation, and a writer. She was the creative director of “v-artivisit” from 2007 to 2021, during which Lee organized various video workshops with grassroot organizations, as well as filming documentaries collaboratively with the people being filmed. Lee writes from to time. She won the Unitas Award for New Novelists in 2000. Her publications include Hard is the Road (2009), Incense Tree (2011), and Collected Stories of the Benighted (2013). In 2021, Lee founded halfcupsquat, an experimental space in Sham Shui Po that seeks to bring together tea tasting, culture, and community as a way to explore the various possibilities of taking art into the local community.

李維怡,社區藝術工作者、參與式影像創作探索者、文字耕作者。2007-2021年為藝團影行者的藝術總監。曾參與一系列與草根民眾共同參與的紀錄片創作。閒時也寫作,2000年獲台灣聯合文學小說新人獎首獎,目前結集有《行路難》、《沉香》、《短衣夜行紀》。2021年創立社區小店「半杯寮」,做一個茶寮X文化X社區的實驗空間,探尋藝術在地化的各種可能性

Ban Yu is a Chinese novelist and short story writer born in 1986 in Shenyang, Liaoning Province. Originally published in China’s prestigious literary periodicals such as Harvest: A Literary Bimonthly, Dangdai and October, Ban’s works have been reproduced in multiple publications, and to date have been subsequently anthologized in two short story collections Winter Swimming and Carefree Excursion. Ban Yu has been named as “New Writer with the Greatest Potential of the Year” at the Chinese Literature and Media Awards, “Person of the Year” of GQ Magazine, and “Young Writer of the Year” at Zhongshan Magazine Star Awards. He also received the “2020 Young Writer Award.”

班宇,1986年生,沈陽人,小說作者。作品見於《收獲》《當代》《十月》等刊,被多家刊物轉載。有小說集《冬泳》《逍遙遊》出版。曾獲華語文學傳媒年度最具潛力新人獎,GQ智族年度人物,鐘山之星年度青年作家,第五屆華語青年作家獎等。

Chen Chuncheng was born in 1990 in Ningde, Fujian Province. His works have been published as a short story collection The Submarine at Night (2020), which was ranked as one of the top ten fictional works of the year by Yazhou Zhoukan (Asia Weekly). Chen received the prestigious Blancpin-Imaginist Literary Prize in 2021. He is currently the writer-in-residence at Lingnan University of Hong Kong.

陳春成,1990年生,福建省寧德市屏南縣人,出版短篇小說集《夜晚的潛水艇》,曾獲寶珀理想國文學獎、《亞洲周刊》年度十大小說等獎項,目前任香港嶺南大學駐校作家。
